If any food ever needed an extreme makeover, it’s bread. When we think of bread, we think boring old sustenance; not particularly tasty, but great for filling up the gut. Since bread has started making a comeback though, via home brick-ovens and artisan bakeoffs, this idea has started to change, and we think that’s great. In fact, we would say that all that’s left is to make the bread into funny shapes and put it all over the internet. . . wait. . .
