Pedal power has been an alternative-energy source for ages. So what if we could use them in daily life?

A pedal powered-laptop could be an ideal choice for us, Internet geeks, who spend hours of time sitting in front of their computers: now we can actually exercise, save energy and go green!

I find this website to be pretty awesome! A friend of mine and I are planning on creating a bike that powers laptops for our science fair project. I wanted to know what are the materials I need to make this project successful and about how much would it ll cost. Thank! :)
