I think that all were a tragedy and it also shows them in a different way, as celebrities we tend to forget that they are also HUMANS, with the same everday problems we all have. We think because they are wealthy and seem to have it all that they don’t go through the same hard aches as we “normal” people. Just goes to show that drugs and death do not discriminate.
I loved Kurt Cobain and I still wish he would have gotten help, I’ve read some of his books, diaries and he was a troubled soul. Such a tragedy, so much talent……….LOST

Death of Michael Jackson is the most shocking news amongst all of the celebrities. His video before death showed him in good health and dancing which made his death more disturbing. I wonder why people take doses if they know that it might kill them. People should learn from history and make proper decisions.

Anna Nicole’s son, Daniel Smith was on antidepressants, Lexapro & Zoloft. He was in hospital on detox in June 2006 before he overdosed in September 2006.

While this is a great list, a few things need clarification: your naming in Bradley Nowell’s blurb is a bit off, and Heath Ledger was not married; rather, he left behind a former domestic partner, Michelle Williams, and a toddler daughter (not a son).

This is a great list.
Mitch Hedberg is one of the best Standup Comics to ever perform on a stage. His unique view of the world was a refreshing break from the conformity of comedy, and the gimmicky world of Last Comic Standing or the latest Made for TV garbage.

This was a true loss to the comedy community.
